"Kristen’s yoga classes provide a relaxing environment with a focus on sustained poses with controlled breathing. She incorporates her knowledge of mudras, breathing techniques, and meditation to help guide you to an overall understanding of the practice. Her classes offer different levels of intensity to increase your strength, flexibility, and endurance. Since taking the classes, I can focus on how my body posture, movement, and breathing can help relax not just my physical body, but my mind and emotional awareness."
